( item code Spaceman001 )

Particular SPACEMAN automatic watch, made in Switzerland, known in the ’70s for the clear aesthetic appeal of “topical” design of great relevance at the time. The large diameter case is made of synthetic material (fiverglass) with upper part in chromed metal, the shape of the case and the glass are conical spseudo. The brown chocolate dial in its particularity is however clearly legible thanks to orange indexes and spheres that contrast sharply and pleasantly with the brown base of the dial. The watch is presented in exceptional condition and is sold accompanied by original strap and buckle.

Case: monoblock in black fiberglass. The upper part is reminiscent of the helmets of the astronauts and is made of a chromed metal ring applied to a second brown colored case, the glass forms an ample porthole that allows a clear reading of the dial. The crate and the glass have a conical flattened shape as a whole. The case back shows the inscriptions: Spaceman Swiss made – waterresistant – incabloc – fiberglass pateneted. Case dimensions: net diameter 47 mm (crown excluded) x 42 mm (from handle to handle);

Dial: brown / choccolate with two cream-colored bands, indexes printed in orange, date with black numbers on orange base, orange spheres tritium treated, all very pleasant. Dial and spheres are perfect and free of defects.

Movement: automatic Swiss made, working;

Strap: original in brown synthetic material, the black inner lining has some cracks due to age, however it is perfectly usable;

Shipping costs: to be added – express courier (traceable – delivery in Italy in 24/48 hours) to the conditions available on the home page. Write me for price or information.
