BREITLING "FIGC" rare chronograph reference 1198 made for the "Italian Football Federation" presumably produced in the early 1960s. Classic men's chronograph with a yellow gold-plated case and elongated lugs, and a snap-on steel case back. Two-tone silver dial with "mask" on both subdials, yellow gold applied indexes, and gold Alpha hands. Manual-winding mechanical movement, Venus caliber 188. The watch is used in very good condition and is offered for sale with the following accessories:

- generic black leather strap with generic yellow gold-plated buckle;

- written guarantee of authenticity and proper functioning issued by our shop with a generic box;

Age: presumably early 1960s;

Case: Two-piece, round, yellow gold-plated. Snap-on steel caseback with distinctive elongated lugs. The outer caseback features the Breitling logo and writing - reference 1198 - stainless steel back. Rectangular chronograph pushers. Case dimensions: Net case diameter 33 mm x 42 mm (lug to lug). The case is in very good overall condition; the lamination shows normal signs of wear, more evident on the lugs.

Dial: Original and in very good condition, two-tone silvery, with a "mask" on the subdials, a very light and pleasant patina, applied yellow gold indexes, gold Alpha hands. Black printed graphics. At 12 o'clock: applied gold Breitling logo and Breitling Geneve writing. At 6 o'clock: F.I.G.C. - Italian Football Federation (the chronograph features a 45-minute chronograph counter) - Swiss made;

Crystal: Plastic;

Movement: Manually wound mechanical movement, Venus 188 caliber, fully functional as a watch and chronograph;
