PATEK PHILIPPE important and rare original box for men's watches, chronographs, and complicated wristwatches, known as "coupe en biasis," of any size and diameter, including those with metal bracelets. The box is lined in black leather, with a pearl gray/light blue velvet and satin lining. The box is stamped PATEK PHILIPPE in gold letters on the inside, and the following inscription is stamped on the outside base: BOX MADE IN SWITZERLAND. The box was produced by the historic Vaudaux Geneve company (a historic Patek Philippe supplier), a photograph of which can be found in the original catalog from the period. The box is in perfect condition, a true NEW IN BOX from the 1960s.
