SEIKO chronograph reference 6139 – 7070, waterproof steel case - black/air force blue dial - made in the 1970s

SEIKO Ref. 6139 – 7070, waterproof chronograph from the 1970s, automatic with oversized 40mm steel case, screw-down caseback, and push buttons. Original crown. Original matte black dial with a toning of air force blue, with printed tritium-treated indexes, black and white hands with partial tritium treatment, flange with 500km/h tachometric scale, and double window with day and date display. Original bracelet and flat mineral crystal. Used watch in overall very good condition, in perfect working order as a watch and chronograph, offered for sale with the following accessories:

- original Seiko steel bracelet, suitable for men's wrists up to approximately 19 cm in circumference;

- Guarantee of authenticity and proper functioning, issued by our store and a generic box from our store;

Case: Three-piece steel, with a fixed smooth bezel and screw-down case back. The case back features the following engravings: Seiko logo and writing – stainless steel – 6139 – 7070 – water resistant – serial number. Original Seiko crown integrated into the case middle. Case dimensions: 40 mm net diameter (excluding crown) x 46 mm (lug to lug). The case is in very good condition with some signs of wear consistent with its age.

Era: 1970s.

Dial: Original and not supplied, black with a jet blue tone, the same applies to the flange. Graphic printed in white; at 12 o'clock: SEIKO writing applied in steel – Chronograph – automatic. At 3 o'clock: double window with day and date display (with quick-set crown). At 6 o'clock: Japan 6139 – 7070T;

Movement: Seiko 6139 automatic, 21 jewels, fully functional as a watch and chronograph, and with day/date change;

Crystal: Flat mineral;
