Information pursuant to art. 13 D.LGS. 196/2003 for the processing of personal data

The data controller, informs you according to the effects of the art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 which:

· Failure to communicate data to subjects who carry out other activities, not functionally connected with the execution of the relationship;
8) in your / your comparisons it is foreseen the exercise of some rights, in particular of:
· Know the existence or not of personal data concerning you and their communication in intelligible form;
Be informed about the owner, the purposes and methods of the processing and about the person responsible, about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated;
· To obtain the updating, rectification or integration of data;
· Obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block thereof;
· Oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of data, subject to the limits established by law;
· Revoke in writing and at any time the consent to the processing and / or dissemination of sensitive data, without prejudice to any effects described in the previous point
· Oppose the sending of advertising material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;
