LONGINES rare book published in 1990, made of glossy paper, consisting of 367 pages with hundreds of color photos of all the most relevant and representative models produced.

The book is divided into 7 chapters:

  1. introduction;
  2. 125 years of Longines tradition (Longines history);
  3. advertising in history (collection of posters from various eras);
  4. the Longines calibers;
  5. Longines and aviation (a chapter dedicated to all watches for aeronautical use produced by Longines);
  6. the watches;
  7. some curiosities.

Attached to the book is a card with the indicative quotations of many vintage models referable to the year of printing (1990);

The book is new sealed in cellophane, complete with protective cardboard case and removable cover.

The peculiarity of this book is that many photos included are taken from the private collection of the Longines museum, therefore you will find photos of unique and original watches, such as the pocket chronometer used by the Duke of the Abruzzi in one of his explorations, as well as advertisements for all the eras, photos of ancient catalogs, photos of on-board instruments for airplanes and airships, racing chronographs, military, chronographs, siderographs, clocks, in short, a precious and complete guide for collecting.

The whole book is written in three languages, Italian, English and French.
