Right of withdrawal

If for any reason the customer is not fully satisfied with the purchase he can exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations that protect the consumer.

Who is it applied to?

The right of withdrawal is the Customer's right to withdraw, for any reason and without penalty, from a purchase contract concluded remotely. The right of withdrawal consists in the reimbursement of the entire sum paid by the Customer for the return of the purchased goods and applies by law to remote purchases made by consumers "for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out", therefore excluding purchases made by retailers and corporate customers in general. The right of withdrawal is regulated by D.Lgs. n.206 del 6 settembre 2005, “Codice del consumo, a norma dell’articolo 7 della legge 29 luglio 2003, n. 229”.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

Within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods, you can exercise the right of withdrawal by communicating your decision to us via one of the following means:

• Registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to our registered office.
• E-mail or fax sent to our Customer Service contact details;

You will then have to wait for the communication of authorization from us to return the goods, which will be sent to you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you specified when placing the order in your billing information. Within 15 days of this communication you must return the goods to us at your expense, in unaltered conditions and in the original packaging, by sending or delivering them personally to the address contained in our return authorization communication email.

Within 15 days of our receipt of the goods, and in any case within the terms established by law (30 working days from the date of receipt of your communication), we will credit the amount you paid for the returned goods, excluding shipping costs which, by law, are not refundable.

Depending on the payment method used by you, the refund will be credited to your current account in the case of payment by bank transfer, non-transferable bank check in the case of cash on delivery, cancellation of the transaction in the case of online payment.

IMPORTANT: items purchased online are shipped within the third working day starting from the day the payment is credited (currency availability date). The shop is closed on Wednesday afternoons and all Thursdays, therefore these days must be considered non-working days.
