If for any reason the Customer is not fully satisfied with the purchase, they may exercise the right of withdrawal, in compliance with current consumer protection regulations.
The right of withdrawal is the Customer's right to cancel, for any reason and without any penalty, a distance purchase contract. This right consists of the refund of the amount paid by the Customer upon return of the purchased goods, and applies by law to distance purchases made by consumers, defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out. Therefore, purchases made by resellers and corporate Customers are excluded. The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 ("Consumer Code").
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the right of withdrawal may be exercised by communicating the decision through one of the following methods:
Following the submission of the notice, the goods must be returned at the sender's expense within 14 days, in a condition of integrity and completeness (without prejudice to normal wear and tear necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item), shipping them to the following address: RENATO CAPPANNARI – Viale Bolognesi, 14 – 47121 – Forlì (FC), Italy.
The refund of all payments received, including the original delivery shipping costs, will be carried out within 14 days from the moment the company is informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund may be lawfully withheld beyond 14 days only until the goods are received or until the Customer has demonstrated that the goods have been shipped back.
The reimbursement will be processed using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise (for example, via bank transfer in the case of an original cash-on-delivery payment).
